概ね快適に過ごせたのですが、チェックアウトの時のスタッフさんの対応がひっかかりました。スーツケースの鍵を無くしてしまったので確認したところ、届いてないとのことで確認しておきます、とのことでしたが、おそらく確認してもらえないだろうな…という雰囲気で、やはりその後の返答もありませんでした。少しだけ誠実さに欠けているという印象をもってしまいました。空港への送迎サービスなど助けていただける点も多かったので、少しだけ残念でした。

お部屋が狭くて吃驚致しました。週末での宿泊だから平日よりも高いのは分かりますが、この金額でこの狭さにはとても驚きました‼️ 更にスタッフの対応は悪く、そこで既にガッカリ致しました。フロントスタッフ(男性)だけが悪くて、他のレストランや清掃のスタッフは良かったです。やはり、フロントはホテルの顔な訳だから、頑張って欲しいです。

最寄りの電停から少し歩きますが、それでもアクセスはとても良いと思います。五稜郭に近いのも良かったです。近くにセイコーマート、少し歩くとハセガワストアもありました。 部屋はとても清潔でリラックスできました。大浴場も温泉なので、歩き疲れた体にありがたかったです。初日、早めにホテルへ行って荷物を預けましたが、とても丁寧に対応して頂けました。また機会があれば利用したいです。
