This is a great property located right at Hakodate station. There’s a bus station right outside and a car platform just across the street from it, which makes getting anywhere in the city by public transit very easy. The staff were very adept and skilled in English. This property also has a self service pillow concierge, which is a wonderful thing. There are only two elevators in this hotel, which seemed to be busy all the time leading to long wait times and when they got to you, they were usually quite crowded, which frustrated me to no end. Signage within the station to find the hotel is almost nonexistent.

Very clean and modern hotel right next to the station. Fantastic view over central Hakodate from our room on the 11th floor. Friendly and accommodating staff who kept our luggage before and after check-out so we could go sight-seeing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hakodate.
