海の見える部屋だと思って予約したのに全く見えない反対側の部屋で残念でした それにチェックインの時に対応してくれた人の声がとても小さく全く聞き取れませんでした

初めて使わさせていただいたホテルです。 海側の部屋でしたので、景色も良く、カモメがベランダに止まって、しばらく見学できました。 食事面では、色々な食べ物が用意されて、大変満足な食事でした。 残念な事は部屋のトイレが非常に狭くて、残念でした。 全体的には、残念な部分を差し引いても大変満足しております。

Property was located a bit far away from the train stations but close to the airport. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible! Plenty of choices and food was super fresh and delicious! Definitely would recommend this place for a relaxing few days.

ガイア館3階に宿泊しましたが綺麗で、2階の食堂の音も全く気にならずとてよよかったです。景色は駐車場でしたが、露天風呂やロビーから海や函館の夜景が見えました。 卓球台が4台あり、予約もなく交代で使えます。とても綺麗でした。朝も7:00から10:00まで使えました。 シャワーは全てrefaでドライヤーはPanasonic。へやも綺麗で料理も美味しかったです。カニが食べ放題。夜はいくらはなくとびっこでした。朝はいくらがあり、でも他の刺身がなかったです。美味しかったです。

6階、オーシャンビューの和洋室を4人で利用しました。お部屋も広かったのですが トイレが狭くてとてもあっぱく感がありました。 大浴場のシャワーヘッドもドライヤーも流行りのもので 使いよかったです。お部屋の冷蔵庫は冷凍スペースもあり、お土産の保冷剤の冷凍ができて助かりました。 残念だったのは せっかく眺望がいい露天風呂からの眺めが 仕切り板が白くなっていて見晴らしがいいはずの海や景色が見えなくなっていたことです。カルキなのか温泉成分のせいなのか残念でした

海が目の前で絶好のロケーションでした。　スタッフもベテランさんもいて心配りができていて気持ちよかったです。　2回目だからなのか　海の見えるいい部屋に案内してくれました。 ただ、エアコンがないのでこれからの夏は大丈夫かなと心配になりました。

チェックインは大切だよね！

施設は清潔でキレイ、温泉もゆったり快適でした。食事は朝食だけの利用でしたが、まぁまぁと言ったところで、部屋からの景色もオーシャンビューで良かったです。ただ残念なのはチェックインの時。玄関先に到着したが出迎えは無し！ところが、後から来たワゴン車にはスタッフがすぐ様出迎え、まるで差別を受けてる様で非常に不愉快な気持ちになりました。うちの車がライトバンだったので、客に見えなかったのかもしれないが.何事も無かった様に、やり過ごそうとするスタッフの態度にも腹が立ち、「失礼しました」ぐらいの謝罪はあってもいいんじゃないかとおもう。他は良かっただけに、もったいない。
