Great hotel & experience

The front desk staff were extremely gracious & hospitable throughout our entire stay! They all spoke English very well. Rooms were clean, a/c worked very well, loved the area… felt safe, close to train stations, bus stops, street car stops, shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants & sightseeing areas were a few minutes away. Will definitely stay here again!

Superb location with great amenities

Great location, easily accessible, walking distance to the Goryokaku Park & Tower, loads of dinner & snack options around the hotel. Many vending machines with lots of options in the hotel. Nice onsen on the 3rd floor. 1-day tram tickets available at the reception. Breakfast buffet is delicious with varied options and a good local spread.

Nice Hotels to stay some nights, the furniture and bathroom are a little old but it was okay. We could not sleep that well the second night because we heard our neighbour snorring very loud.

ホテルの近くにコンビニがあり、飲食店が沢山ある。ラッキーピエロも歩いて5分と近く、パーキングも周りにいくつもあるので、安いところを選べる。ホテルは、とても対応が良く、お部屋も清潔で、大浴場は、選べるシャンプーとリンスがあって良かったですし、大変気持ちよかったです。朝食のブッフェは、種類も多く、こまめに補充してくれて、大満足でした。少しずつ色んな物を食べる事ができるのが良かったです。ガラス越しに外の雪景色を見ながらゆっくりと食事が出来て、たいへん良い時間を過ごすことができました。
