Great hotel located very conveniently near the port, as well as Motomachi and Mount Hakodate area! Only 15-20 min to downtown core for the morning market as well. The hotel also rents bikes for 1200 yen for a full day so we biked around the city and we highly recommend it! Would recommend staying here!

The hotel was renovated nicely and the service of the receptionist was well above my expectations. I would like to use the hotel again once I have a chance to visit Hakodate.

There wasn’t elevator for this property, but staff helped us carry our luggage to our rooms. The rooms are very large for Japanese standards, as at least one wing was repurposed from an old bank branch.
