Huge room. Very very clean. And it so great I booked a room with private Onsen bath. Staff were extremely polite. Just the buffet dinner was good but under what I expected. Great stay

料理が評判と聞き、お邪魔しました 部屋も広く、料理も美味しく、また部屋のお風呂が清潔で泉質も良かったのが良い驚きでした。窓からの景色も良かったです。 レストランのサービスは最高、フロントは価格帯を考えるともう少し改善しても良いのではと思いました。 総合的に考えてオススメです。

お部屋が広すぎるくらいなのですが、ベットが２台で3名泊まる場合は布団を敷いてくれる。 その布団の寝心地が悪かったのが残念。 食事もバイキングの種類が少なめで毎日同じなので連泊だと楽しみがちょっと減ってしまう。 連泊客用に特別な品は出してくれる。 種類は少ないが美味しかったです。 夜は隣の啄木亭の露天風呂を楽しみました。

用完晚餐回房間打開被子，居然有件浴衣蓋一個範圍不算小的血漬區塊，發生在收費高的日本旅館，令人不敢想像，想反應但旅館1 F接待處居然沒有人，等了一會兒只出現一位老先生，雖然最後換了房，但對於不會說英文的飯店人員和令人失望的房務品質這二點非常失望。

館内設備はかなりいいものを揃えられているので外見上はとてもいい旅館に見えるが、中身がまだ十分に熟していない感があります。 具体的に、スタッフの動きを含めたサービスのオペレーションが、まだ熟していないと感じます。 改善の余地がありますが、隣の啄木亭の方がホスピタリティが優れているように見えます。

值得體驗的溫泉住宿

房間寬敞溫馨舒適，還提供多種高級清潔備品，包含洗面乳，卸妝乳，保濕乳液等，非常貼心。另外服務人員很親切，尤其景觀泡湯池面對輕津海峽，視野非常遼闊。還有新鮮美味的雪場蟹無限享用，味覺視覺感官的三重饗宴!

大きいお風呂も部屋のお風呂もとってもいいです

部屋にお風呂のついているプランでした。ワンループタイプでしたが、リビング・洗面室、ベッドルーム等かなりゆったりしたお部屋でした。部屋のお風呂も温泉で、最初はややぬるめかなと思いましたが、ゆっくり入っているにはいい温度でした。新しいホテルなので、館内も大変きれいです。 スタッフさんも若い方が多いようでしたが、接客も丁寧で好感が持てました。 食事は夕・朝ともビュッフェでしたが函館ということで、洞爺の乃の風さんに比べると海鮮中心でややスイーツなどの種類が少ないかと思いました。 一つ残念だったのは、朝食ビュッフェ時混雑していて待たなければなりなかったこと、ヨーグルトなどが空のまま補充がされず、スタッフさんに頼んでもってきてもらったものの、今度はとなりのフルーツソースが空のままになっていたこと。 少ない人数で大変とは思いますが、ビュッフェなのでそのへんは改善していただきたいと思いました。

不満はしっかり伝えるべし！！

3月に一度女子3人で使用しており、今回は2回目でした。 今回は人数の変更があったため前々日ホテルから部屋に入る男女人数の確認があった。 その折私が「朝5時半に荷物を預かりに行くので・・」と申しますと「その時間にはフロントには人がいないかもしれないから電話をしてください・・」とのことでした。（「どこへですか」と尋ねるとむっとした声（女性でした）で番号を言ってくれたのですが、かかってきていた番号と同じでした。それで、出先でしたので電話を切りました。 数時間後電話を掛け疑問に感じたことを電話に出た方へ話しました。「同じホテルなのだから、フロントの方につたえる・・・」というのがホテルでは普通でないのか。 昨年近くの同じようなところでは同時刻でも3人のフロントマンが迎えてくれたことを話し、3月に泊まった時の不満も伝えた。 おかげで実際に行ったときはとてもスムーズに行きました。
