Absolutely wonderful!! I arrived at 8am and they let me check in right away, so helpful. I booked a day boat trip with them at a good price with an excellent company. Breakfasts were nice, all staff were professional and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Very nice staff and excellent free breakfast selection. The room is a good size and quiet. Hot shower great pressure. The sheets and pillows could do with an upgrade, they were flat and lumpy at the end of life. Overall great value for money.

Wonderful Hotel in Cat Ba

Great little hotel on Cat Ba island! Basically every experience I had here was perfect. Reception was super nice when I checked in and he was quick to give me tips about things to do and tours available. Booked a motorbike from him and went on the route he recommended too. The room was comfy and clean although there was construction going on next door (not their fault). Breakfast was also really good each morning. They have a little menu you can choose from. No issues extending my stay either. Would come back here next time I go to Cat Ba!

Comfy bed, hot shower and A/C

Comfy bed, but crowded room with 2 large beds. Might be good for some groups. A hot shower and basic supplies provided. Close to all the shops, restaurants and tours. Laundry and a scooter rental next door. Quiet after 6pm and the a/c was decent and drown out the roosters. Breakfast was weak, no butter or jam. Overall very good value.

The room was really nice, very spacious and clean. Their service is cheap but the quality is very good, they book a trip to visit Lan Ha Bay cheaper than everyone on the same boat, bus tickets and laundry are also cheaper than other places on Cat ba island. Thanks a lot...

The location is good with walking distance to the harbour. The hotel was old and the room was pretty basic. The fridge in our room did not work. You get what you pay for and nothing extra. Happy that the hotel provide scooter rental.

Perfektes Hotel. Sie waren sehr herzlich, das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie organisieren sehr professionell einen Ausflug zur Lan-Ha-Bucht zu wettbewerbsfähigen Preisen und haben auch Bustickets zu vielen Orten, die sehr praktisch sind, wenn man sie an der Hoteltür abholt. Der Wäscheservice ist hier sehr schnell und sauber. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, schönes und großes Zimmer, sehr leckeres Frühstück

Location ist ganz gut, schaut auch schön aus, leider funktionierte fast nichts im Zimmer. Steckdosen nur mit viel Gewalt und Gebete einstecken können, aber das Fenster war wirklich toll!! Ist ein gutes Zimmer, gehört nur mal repariert alles. Leider versteht das Personal kaum englisch und es war nicht einfach, sich bei Problemen mit ihnen zu unterhalten, was über den normalen smalltalk hinaus geht. Lichtschalter und Aircon funktionierten auch nicht richtig.
