スイートルームを予約しました。 部屋に入ると空調はされておらず蒸し風呂状態でした。 エアコンを点けても全く涼しくならず、エンジニアが来てチェックしましたが冷房にしても送風だけで冷たい風は出ないとの事でした。 フロントデスクは他のスイートは満室なのでダウングレードになるが部屋を変わるか聞かれましたが既に深夜で疲れていたのと、何故か部屋に扇風機が置かれていたので部屋は変わらずそのまま扇風機を付けて寝ました。 スイートルームと言ってもリビングと寝室が分かれていたり、ソファがある訳でもなく、ただ部屋がだだっ広いだけです。 出張で滞在しましたがチェックインの際、部下のベトナム人女性と一緒でしたが、フロントデスクは部下には何も聞かず、私にベトナム人女性同伴禁止を承知しているという書類にサインさせられました。 部下はあまりに失礼だと激怒していました。

お部屋の綺麗さや全スタッフのフレンドリーなしっかりした対応は素晴らしいと思います ただ、1点難点がございます バスルーム床の排水がわるく床全体が水浸しになりますこれはいくつかの部屋に泊まったことがありますがほぼどの部屋も共通してシャワーの水がバスタブの周りから流れ出て水浸しにします これが改善されればもっと良い最高の宿になると思います
