“This hotel is tarnishing the reputation of holiday inns. The rooms are incredibly small. When we entered, we discovered that the sofa bed lacked sheets, and it was covered in hair. The room was also quite dirty. There was no phone to call the front desk, and there was no ice bucket. To top it off, the toilet started leaking after just one use. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.”
