Daiwa is our go-to hotel when visiting Hachinohe. The amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking attendants are so friendly and remembered us from previous trips. The front desk staff kindly helped with arranging for our bags to be stored while we spent a night in Towada. Our bags were delivered to our new rooms before we checked back in. One of our favorite Izakayas is also Iroha which is located right across the street. The hotelโ€™a location is so convenient for dining, shopping, meeting family, and taking short trips on the town.

Parking had a sign All Occupied when I showed up at the hotel but they actually saved my parking spot since I stayed at this hotel. I even did not let hotel know that I had a rental car. I was impressed about it. They really took care of guests with the best service. Great service!

The hotel is in a great location with lots of dining options nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a full range of amenities, daily housekeeping service, and a convenience store on the ground level. The parking was a bit inconvenient as itโ€™s a car elevator that requires the staff to assist each time you want to leave or return, but they are always happy to help; 24 hrs a day. Also, the toilet paper is 1-ply which isnโ€™t a big deal but took some getting used to. Overall, itโ€™s a great hotel to book in Hachinohe.
