“We had a fabulous stay here myself and adult daughter. The hotel was set in à beautiful area with lots to see (although you really need a car to get around and make the most of the area). The staff were exceptional even to the extent of posting on my daughter’s headphones which she accidentally left behind. The food was fantastic both dinner and breakfast. The highlight was the onsen which had a wonderful view over the river. Cannot recommend this enough”

“秋田の特産品を多く使用した珍しい食事を夕食も朝食も提供して頂きました。
初めて食する食材がありましたが、味付けが丁度良く美味しく頂戴しました。
食事を部屋で頂くためか、匂いを消す為にお香がたいてありましたが、個人的には少し匂いがきつく感じました。もう少し柔らかい匂いでも良いかと思います。
創業はかなりふるいとのこと。老舗旅館の熟れた対応に大満足の宿泊旅行でした。”

“お料理も温泉も最高でした。湖湖畔なのに窓の外に木が生い茂ってあまり見えなかったのは少し残念だったのと、お風呂場に鍵付きのロッカーがないのは少し不安でした。”
