“The room was clean. However, the use of artificial fibres in some of the bedding and particularly in the mattress cover meant that sleeping was lees comfortable than we are used to. Towel changes did not always happen, which during hot weather was not good. There was no shaver point in the bathroom. “Absolutely a gem. The hotel appears a bit aged, but like the owner - is in perfect shape. It is clean and comfortable. Huge windows, plenty of towels, big rooms, awesome parking, well stocked minibar, apples and candies at the front desk…the owner has his own hands on everything. It’s rare to find such a personal touch, but caring for this hotel and travelers is his life work and it shows.
