Highly recommend staying at the Yacht for a relaxing stay in the Ha Long Bay Area! The hotel is extremely clean, the restaurants are very nice and tasty, and the staff is wonderful. It had everything I needed from breakfast, coffee lounge, sauna, gym, pool, etc.

We had an excellent stay, beautiful hotel, our one bedroom suite was huge, gorgeous furniture and very comfortable and clean, it was a great base for us to visit the Halong Bay área. There isn’t much around the hotel as the area is still being developed, however this was fine with us, as between visiting the bay, we relaxed and enjoyed the lovely facilities and restaurant, the food was great. Staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble

This hotel is a GEM!!!! I'm so glad that I booked this hotel! This hotel gives a very welcoming feel right from the moment I arrived. Friendly staff and they all spoke good English. The breakfast spread was fantastic. In short, this is nothing less than any 5-star hotel. The only shortcoming of this hotel is that there's another building which has come up right in front of the hotel so the sea view is now blocked with just partial sea view left and the construction sight isn't great (with trash etc) when you look out of the window.

Awesome room and staff. The hardware is pretty new. There's not much shopping or restaurant in that area. But the hotel has a restaurant on its own. Staff speak good English and always smile at you. Wonderful service.

New hotel, great service

It’s a very new hotel, so everything is spanking new but some parts of the hotel is still under renovation. Occupancy rate now is very low, so the staff’s attention to customer is beyond this world.

The Hotel is brand new! Very clean probably because it is still so new August 2024 is when this is written. There are very few guest here at this time as well so the staff definitely outnumbered the guest (at least this is what it felt like). Sauna and pool were excellent. The pool is as the photos depicts it. The rooms are in mint condition, the shower and bathrooms are very clean and very modern. Again everything seems brand new. Check in staff was prompt, spoke well enough english and was very accommodating. Airport shuttle cost money and it was more then just taking a grab to nearest airport so we opted for the grab instead. The condition of the place was great. Breakfast was good. Western options and Vietnamese options. Not the best selection but good enough. Sauna was and jacuzzi was included in the price and in perfect condition. Also gym was good as well at no extra charge. This was the reason we originally booked here, because another reviewer from 2023 made the same comment and I figured it couldn’t have changed much since then. However the only negative is everything else was a charge. And the prices are almost close to western prices. Although they have a good happy hour deal when we were there, buy 1 cocktail get one free from 3pm to 8pm. This is the only negative.
