They do not provide proper instruction on how to collect the room key card. The Ala Carte managed by Anstay. The management should provide a clear instructions to their customers. I hired a taxi to go around just to find the address provided in the email but unfortunately the address was very difficult to find. Mostly of their staff cannot speak or understand english. They don't even reply on messages they have very poor communication.
