Girl at front desk was helpful in making sure our bus back to Hanoi was picking us up at the hotel. You are able to rent scooters to go up to Heaven’s Gate.

Lovely, informative staff, English spoken, motorcycles and bicycles available for rent. Clean room with everything necessary, super value for money.

I ended up adding another night after 2 day stay. Very helpful staff. You have to walk a few minutes to find cafes and restaurants but not too far at all. Just enough that it was very quiet around. There is really good restaurant only steps away. Great pho Bo for only 30000 dong. Fried rice for 40000. Watch out for their closing time between lunch and dinner.

Cool backyard.

Had a cool stay here. Owners were really helpful. They booked a trip from ha giang to catba island just for almost half the price of what other people were quoting. There's a restaurant just a few steps from the place with a great price for a pho and fried rice. Great backyard for smoking and just be chilling. Market place at a 5 minutes walk.

Everything is above average. The room is cheap and worth for money. It is situated in a residential area a little bit away from the centre but still walkable.

Very nice :)

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Room and bedding are very clean. Possibility to have the permit for restricted areas, to rent scooter or motorbike with a rack + rain gear to make the loop by Dong Van and Meo Vac, also a mountain bike to visit Hà Giang and around.
