Nice room and comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom/shower. Bus from sapa drops you outside door. Staff very friendly and helpful and helped me book a cheaper bus to cao bang than i was going to. Around 30 minute walk into centre but many places to each closer than that. I would definitely stay again.
