“No doubt that the property is beautiful. I gave it a low rating for a very unpleasant check-in experience. We booked a family bungalow of three bedrooms with Expedia months ahead of the trip. “De La Mont is affordable luxury in a town which recently had mostly hostels. This centrally located hotel is brand new, with beautifully modeled and spacious rooms, the two different ones I stayed in before and after doing the Ha Giang Loop both had balcony access and a great river/town view. The staff was very forthcoming and polite, too. I would definitely come back.”

“We stayed here the night before we started our ha giang loop tour and was worth every second. They had more than excellent service. Very welcoming and helpful to all of our needs. The stay was very relaxing. The location was beautiful and the rooms were clean! Amazing views everywhere! The food was delicious as well! The hosts made the stay wonderful. Definitely recommend! “We really loved this hotel. The service was exceptional and the view was amazing. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because both nights we stayed, there were other guests that were very loud throughout the night and no one addressed it. We intentionally chose this hotel to be outside of the noise of the city, so it was a bummer to be kept up all night regardless. Also, their food was only ok and there was nothing else close by.
