Beautiful and comfortable room. Location is not bad- walkable altho we Ubered a lot due to the hot weather in July. Breakfast was decent but Missus was a bit strict- could not stay a minute longer after breakfast time.

The location is absolutely beautiful, extremely convenient to all of the main tourist attractions. The people running the Hanok are extremely pleasant very kind and helpful. I would’ve liked to have stayed longer. ❤️❤️

The hosts know some English and are incredibly friendly. Meeting them made us feel welcomed and relaxed during our stay. The stay has some cats on the property which may affect those with allergies but it didn’t bother us and we enjoyed watching them lounge about property. Beautiful place to stay and very central to attractions nearby.

Very close to the historic site. Well kept Hanok and the owner was friendly enough and did her best to communicate with us. The room was neat and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was provided but if you leave early morning to start your sightseeing then you miss out on the breakfast. A stone throw away from a convenience store, though there are eateries a few blocks away. Very safe to walk around at night as there are always a bus load of tourists out and about.

Great hanok stay! Really cute and clean. Great location right in the middle of town but off a side road. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby and near the tombs. Really recommend!

Amazing traditional place to stay in a fantastic location, walking distance to all the sights. The owner was a lovely welcoming lady and breakfast was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Gyeongju!

The room was huge and the room was very clean. It is a good experience staying in a hanok-style accommodation. The lady host also provided us with breakfast which starts at 8.30am. The location is extremely near to Cheomseongdae Observatory and within walking distance to Gyeongju Hanok village and Hwangnidan shopping street.

Beautiful property! Great location! Light breakfast provided. They have additional ‘mattresses’ in room so you’ll be more comfortable if you use the extra one, as you sleep low on the ground. Charming, charming, charming!

The property manager/owner greeted us as we walked in. The place had a great atmosphere and was extremely clean. The staff was so accommodating and sweet. The breakfast was served in the common area, which gave us a chance to mingle with other people. The room we stayed in was the only room without a bed, the traditional heated floor called “ondole.” Of course, it was too hot a season for us to experience that. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they held our luggage until we picked it up for the train ride. I strongly recommend the place for anyone who wants to explore Gyeongju. It’s a stone's throw from the main tourist spots. Unlike the place near Hwanglidangil, it was quiet—only a ten-minute walk to the main strip.

Loved our stay! Hanbok was beautiful, from front gate to garden to room. Everything was spotless, comfortable and quiet at night. Very convenient walking to historic district, food or bus. Host communicated info before arrival and was kind and helpful. Highly recommend, wish we had stayed longer.

This was our first stay in a Hanook hotel. It was obviously very old-fashioned in style, yet very clean and comfortable. A small, landscaped interior courtyard provided a serene atmosphere. The bathrooms were small but fully equipped. Due to the hotel being booked, we had to change rooms for the second night. This was arranged efficiently via email well ahead of our stay by a very responsive staff member. The staff was also very helpful in moving our luggage to the second room for us while we were out and about. In the morning, we were served boiled eggs with pieces of bread by a rather quiet person who was not willing to answer questions, even with the Papago app. Fortunately, the shop assistant across the street was very kind and helpful. I think that a more traditional breakfast, perhaps with rice and kimchi, would have been appropriate for a hotel like this. However, the presence of other guests at breakfast and the ensuing conversation was priceless. The hotel is within walking distance of the Gyeongju National Museum, shopping, and many nice restaurants. The the hotel has three parking spaces on the street in the front. You have to move the cones that guard the area yourself. Overall, we had a good stay.

This place was perfect. Close to everything relevant in town. The building is small but beautiful — quiet, clean, and with everything you need. The staff was fantastic: warm, helpful, and always happy. I loved my breakfast in the cafeteria. Thank you, Her, thank you all!!! A great experience to be remembered.
