포베르타 스테이 럭셔리룸에서의 1박

큰 티비와 스타일러가 있고 대체로 방은 잘 정돈되고 침구가 깨끗했다. 세수 수건에서는 냄새가 나고 색이 변해 있었다.루프탑에서 제공되는 아침식사는 깔끔하고 잘 정리되어 있었고 식사장소도 깨끗했다.그런데 여성화장실에서 곰팡이 냄새가 많이 나서 손씻는 동안 문을 열어나야 했다. 스탠다드 트윈룸을 예약했는데, 럭셔리 퀸룸으로 업그레이드해주겠다고해서 고맙다 인사했는데 막상 방에 들어가니 스탠다드와 럭셔리의 차이가 뭔지 모르겠다. 우리는 낮에 관광하고 밤에 잠만 자는 거라 큰방.스타일러.큰티비 필요 없는데 침대가 트윈에서 퀸으로 바뀌어 불편했다. 호텔 필요로 방을 바꿔주면서 아무 설명없이 선심 쓰듯 한건가 하는 생각이 들어 언짢아졌다. 방을 바꾸기 전에 자세한 상황이나 설명이 있었으면 기꺼이 양보했을텐데...
