Really fun exploring the area from the hotel on foot. Staff were very helpful and room was clean beds comfortable. Great shower. Free breakfast was handy. Was just toast with jam but that was enough.

Very bad. We had selected this hotel for check-in and breakfast. The check-in said it was possible to do it from 11am and therefore we had planned the trip adapting to this time, when we arrived at the hotel they said that it was not true and that the rooms were available from 4pm. Breakfast included? there was nothing except bread and ramen. Upon entering the room, the bathroom was completely wet and the mini fridge had not been cleaned by previous guests. IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with them as no one speaks English even if it is among the available languages ​​spoken.

El hotel cumple con lo esperado incluye desayuno self service huevo, fruta, verdura y pan dejamos maletas y la encargada de la mañana si la vez porque usualmente no hay nadie y se pueden dejar las maletas en el closet entiende ingles y muy servicial la señora de la tarde no entiende nada de ingles y no es muy servicial y nos tuvo más de 20 minutos esperando no sabemos exactamente que porque le presentamos el papel de reserva de Expedia y el pasaporte y nos enseñaba un papel con el nombre. Pero no nos aclaraba nunca nos dijo claramente que quería porque al final nos dió la tarjeta sin mas. Hasta el personal del aseo entiende más ingles que la de recepción porque esa si se dio a entender.
