Gwynn Vacations

Checkin staff was great. Couldn't use A/C in room because of noise it made. Glad it was cool outside and fan worked. One Elevator didn't work. The one that did was very dirty. Halls and doors need freshening up. Parking great. Location good.

Overall impression was an old bldg made newish Narrow halls, tiny elevators, street in front blocked off, no free guest parking and nice, helpful extremely weird looking staff at check- out Beds were comfortable and 2 flat screen tvs were a Plus Probably would not stay there again!

The staff was friendly, kind a d helpful from the main desk to the housekeeping. We encountered a problem in our first assigned room and the desk took care of it immensely by changing us to a more suitable room. We have stayed here before and plan to stay again.

I loved every single detail about this Graduate. A female valet parked my car, FTW. The front desk had a personal sign that told me about the human working there, the bartender shared clever life details. From the wallpaper, to the carpet and the heavy ticking striped curtains, the space felt light, witty and welcoming. Now - how do I get one of those "Pets in Room" pennants? Thank you Richmond - a most brief but delightful stay.

I went during Virginia State University and it was honestly a quiet experience. The breakfast was hot the mornings I went and well stocked. The staff was pleasant and helpful when checking in and out.
