Vacations Close To Gwinnett Historic Courthouse

I did not enjoy the hotel or the area.

Took 45 minutes to get checked in because the system was down and they were not telling anyone so there were lots of annoyed customers. Room was super nice, hotel bar Fandangles had the most amazing bartender DJ. Location is a little off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle of downtown, more homeless people in this area (near a safe house I think is what we saw). Other than that, we would stay again. Just very disappointed with the amount of time we waited for check in, only 2 staff working (one being a manager but was always walking away, saw someone else but they would leave) all while there was a line of 20 people that never ended. Phones were “down” but were ringing, using a laptop to check in so no one’s pre check in process was saved and they had to enter everything by hand. Like I said, great hotel besides technical difficulties.

Room was clean and quiet.

Amazing experience. Can’t wait to return

There was no breakfast the website should not clearly say breakfast is paid. No drinking water source or vending machine did. Or have water but pop. Carpet had a weird odor

Great stay! Hotel is new and room was large. Across the street from the stadium. Staff were attentive and professional.

Stayed in a king room for an event (minus car) and found this to be an good option for a business stay in the immediate area or for events. The bed was maybe the best I've ever slept in, the room was spacious, hot water was more than ample, and soundproofing despite second floor next to elevator held up. Shuttle runs in a loop to nearby Metro and mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had breakfast buffet, was tasty and had many good options including protein. Note that there is a daily charge for parking, also breakfast is not cheap, account for this in price comparisons.
