Close to lots of coffee shops and dining. The subway is about a 15 minute walk away. The beds are firm compared to what I’m use to in the States, but the shower and tub were super nice. Breakfast was good, a few western choices but mostly Asian style breakfast.

We stayed four nights in this hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic and the staff are really facilitative. The included breakfasts were really good, especially if you are Korean, for Westerners, the choice isn't great but quite good just the same. If you arrive by metro, the hotel is about a 12 minute walk, so not too bad but the area where the hotel is located, has a lot of lot karaoke bars, so at bit dirty, especially in the mornings; certainly not in keeping with the clean standard of Korean streets. Overall, we really enjoyed out stay.

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast very tasty. It would have been a perfect stay if the following can be improved: 1) there is no "do not disturb" sign in the room. As such, there was difficulty in ensuring that the housekeeping staff would not enter your room if you do not want to have your room cleaned. 2) there is difficulty in controlling the temperature in the room. The toilet lamp also went off from time to time. Sometimes even when I was taking a shower! 3) one of the reception staff was very rude and impolite. She never smiled, and would not look up even when talked to. All other hotel staff, however, were very helpful and friendly, in particular the girl serving at the restaurant during breakfast time. She has not only performed her role diligently but she was also very helpful and sweet.

Ich war schon oft in diesem Hotel und ich muß sagen, dass es besser geworden ist. Das einizge was wirklich nervt, ist dieser grässlich Lärm ( Msik kann man nicht sagen ) bis Morgens 7 uhr.

The rooms are very well appointed with tile, marble, granite on all surfaces. The rooms are large and comes with jetted tubs with separate shower and separate toilet. The condition of the room is exceelnt, no maintenance issues at all. Each room comes with a steam cleaning appliance for pressing, drying and steaming hangup clothing. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

객실 난방 조절 어려움.

아래 상황 말고는 모두 만족함. 객실 바닥 난방이 밤에 갑자기 되어 당황 스럽고 더웠음. 아침이 되어 안내서를 확인할수 있었음. 사전 공지가 있었으면 함. 또한 프론트에서 온도 조절이 된다고 하였는데 객실에서 온도 콘트롤이 가능했으면 좋을것 같음.

대부분 그래도 만족스러운 호텔. 광주 방문할때마다 사용하는 저렴한 호텔인데 위치 좋고 호텔도 깔끔하고 주차 하기 쉽다. 다만 이번에 배정 받은 방은 화장실 세면대 밑으로 물이 세는 듯하다. 슬리퍼 바닥으로 물이 그대로 있었는데 수리를 빨리 히야하지 않을까 싶다. 예전보다 화장실이 조금 낡았다는 느낌이 조금 들어서 아쉬운 부분이 있지만 전체적으로 상무지구에서 이 정도면 아주 훌륭한 호텔이다
