Wasted stay !!

Property lacking service and maintenance, visited during covid situation. No entertainment and amenities. Check in staff was rude and not able to present in proper way. Many require service etiquette. Do not have thought of booking by looking at the pictures. For sure there are other properties which will make you pleasant and suffice.

Premier Suite is excellent for a family stay if you are traveling with extended family with more than 2 adults and kids. Excellent facilities inside the suite. Nice and clean play area for kids to enjoy. Hotel staff is friendly and professional. Nice arrangements for driver's stay.

Very spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Great stay at a price I paid. Decent breakfast options. Staff at the front desk need to be little more efficient. I had 2 separate bookings for 1 day each. In spite of letting them know repeatedly they did not take the same into account. While checking out they could not give me the invoice for my 1st-day stay saying it's marked as checked out and hence cannot print. I was promised that the invoice will be sent to me but did not receive the same as on date.
