The stay was okay. The room had all the necessary amenities like a kettle, smart TV, mini bar, and bathing essentials. The gym and pool facilities were great, and the hotel also offered spa services, which was a nice touch. The cleaning staff was friendly. However, the breakfast was disappointing, and the check-in process was incredibly slow. Additionally, the bathing essentials provided, such as shampoo and conditioner, were of poor quality. Finally, the hotel was located in a secluded area with limited nearby restaurants.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating. One particular experience stood out—when we requested a banana for our baby, who is not yet eating solid food, it was provided without any hassle. The breakfast area staff was wonderful, and a special mention goes to Anjali, who was incredibly helpful. Overall, the hospitality and service were top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Good Rooms, but poor management.

Room itself was very Nice, comfortable. Food Quality was good, Breakfast was nice. Being a Carlson group hotel I expected much better. They were not aware of my reservation, No Towels in room, No Toiletries, Stinking room. I ordered Thai Curry and they called and said not available, a lot of dishes were unavailable.
