“I booked using Expedia. However, communication with the hotel through this portal was poor as the hotel did not reply in a timely fashion and mostly gnored questions. Check-in and check-out was smooth and efficient. The staff at reception were polite and well spoken. The rooms were not set up on arrival to accomodate our 3 groups of 3. We had to ask for extra beds, towels and glasses. The safe was broken and needing fixing. The shower door did not close fully leading to water all over the...

“I recently stayed for one night at Sadda Pind. Overall, the experience was mixed. I had informed the team in advance and expected a better stay experience. The dinner buffet definitely has room for improvement. The dal makhni tasted sour, which was disappointing. It felt like the dish may not have been properly checked before being served. The bed was also not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. I would suggest that the housekeeping team personally check the bedding and...

“We had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Sheraton in Amritsar. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with a fantastic selection of food at both breakfast and dinner. What really made our stay special was the wonderful staff, who were always friendly, attentive and happy to help. A heartfelt thank you to Rahul, Rajat, Sushmita and Zorawar, who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. A special thank you also to...

“Very good hôtel very good location. Calm and clean with Nice people and staff”

“Great ambiance, not your usual box hotel. Staff was very helpful with our late departure. One disappointment was the operator (an older woman) was berating a staff member. She didn't know I was aware of what was happening.”

“The breakfast was excellent. Even food was also good. Staff are soft spoken and curtios. Overall experience was good.”

“This was a great place to stay. Not far from the golden temple And Novelty restaurant is walkable.”

“Neat and clean property”

“I will give Kudus to Aiyush the front desk Guy who made my stay comfortable. He went above and beyond to accommodate my need and make sure I had a comfortable stay. I’ll visit again just for Aiyush( not sure if I had a correct spelling of his name) Thanks Rajeev”

“Siempre que visito Amritsar llego al Sarovar, es como mi casa lejos de mi casa. El trato es cálido y familiar. A unos pasos del Templo Dorado. Espero que en esta emergencia mundial, todos estén bien alli”

“Family Suites was convenient. Showers had too much pressure and caused water to go everywhere. They have calcium buildup.”

“Perfect getaway for short trip.”
