Hotel is old and needs improvemts, toilet seat broken, solid pillows and lumpy bed. Plus side it is very near to the lake with a lovely walk around in natural surroundings.

Thank you for your hospitality~

We booked this hotel to break up our holiday travel. Although there were many options in the area, this hotel sits right by the lake and had a bathtub for my child. We had a gorgeous view of the lake and bridge that we enjoyed while having dinner on the veranda. The hotel staff went above and beyond in service, especially returning an item to us that we left behind.

Water damage on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom. They only have one key to the room. I asked for the second key for my husband, I have been told that they do not have any extra key.

사진이 되게 그럴듯하게 나와있었는데 정말 오래된 관광호텔이었고 침대 매트리스는 스프링소리가 날만큼 오래되었고 방 안 인테리어도 90년대 타임머신을 탄것 같았음. 냉장고도 잉~ 하는소리가 계속나서 전기코드를 뽑아서 잤음… 90년대에 호수 바로앞에 자리를 잘잡았구나… 그뒤로 그냥 청소만 잘했구나 인테리어는 안했구나…

욕실 샤워커튼 곰팡이는 제거해주세요

객실에 들어가는 순간 쾌쾌한 향으로 입실 순간부터 불쾌감을 줌 객실의 침대와 가구, 스탠드조명, 샤워기가 , 세면대가 너무 낡고 훼손이 되어 있었고, 욕실 욕조의 샤워 커튼 제일 아랫부분에 곰팡이가 심함.

뷰가 좋은 호텔

건물은 오래되고 낡았지만,나름 꾸준히 관리되어 청결한 느낌이었다. 특히 침대에 누워서 보이는 호수의 야경 뷰가 참 좋았다. 단점은, 여행객이 많지 않아서인지, 조식은 전날 신청을 해야만 한다. 또한 룸에서 와이파이가 연결되지 않았고 침대쪽에는 천저 조명이 없어서 책 읽기에는 불편했다. 하지만. 청결함은 마음에 들었다.

시설이 오래됐다는 평가가 많은데 리모델링 후여서 그런지 깨끗하고 괜찮았습니다! 조금 디자인이 오래되긴 했지만 그 나름대로 클래식하고 편안했습니다. 화장실이 넓고 좋습니다. 다만 커피포트가 좀 깨끗하지 않아서 교환 요청했습니다. 호수가 바로 앞이라 산책하기도 좋습니다~!

이곳은 은파 유원지안에 있어서 아름답고 평화로운 곳이었습니다. 호텔도 청결하고 친절해서 다음에도 꼭 다시 오고싶은곳입니다. 아침에 은파 호숫가를 산책하는것은 정말 즐거운 일이었습니다.

주변 은파호구 공원은 저녁, 아침으로 걷기에 좋은 곳이에요. 호수가 제법 크고 호숫가 주변에 제법 둘러보기 좋은 공간, 시설이 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙박 시설은, 스탠다드 더블을 묵었는데요. 냉장고가 낡았는지 소음이 심했어요. 욕실은 비교적 넓고, bathtub가 있어서 몸을 담굴 수는 있었겠지만, 예약 정보에선 확인할 수 없었어서, 입욕제를 준비하진 못했어서 사용 못했어요.

리모델링후 전반적인 청소상태 확인이 필요해 보인다.

리모델링 한지 얼마 되지 않아 시설이 깔끔하게 변신하려 했지만 작업 마무리 후의 청소가 제대로 이루어지지 않아서 나사와 작업 찌꺼기 등이 있었으며 도어락 잠금이 되지 않아 입실한 상태에서 고치는 바람에 제대로 휴식을 취할 수 없었다. 체크 아웃시 문제 제기를 하니 죄송하다는 사과를 받았지만 전날 대처가 미흡했으며 저녁 9시 넘은 시간에도 수리때문에 쉴수가 없어서 피곤했다. 체크인 전에 객실상태가 확인 되지 않았다는 사실에 실망스러웠다.

전망은 아주 좋았습니다. 단지 난방 조절이 안되어서 너무 덥고 건조해서 잠을 이루지 못 했습니다. 팁 리모컨도 작동이 잘 안되어서 시름하다가 포기했습니다. 방은 깨끗했는데, 화장실 샤워헤드며 바닥에 물때인지 곰팡이인지 관리가 좀 필요해보입니다.
