Arrived and booked in but found there was music on until late. We were there for work. Staff was fabulous and offered a refund. We found another motel and refund was in our bank 2 days later. Perfect employees

A double was booked and paid for but given 2 singles. One of the beds had no springs and mattress massive dip. Bed cover stained and the other torn.
