“I cam back to Space to finish my trip. Hasna, from Executive Sales, saw my previous review about the overhead noise in Room 804. She said Space would have changed my room if I requested. She was nice and professional. It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired. I appreciate her concern and thanked her. That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room.”

“Service is excellent, I had issue with a flight being cancelled and they happily extend to 6 PM no charge since also bit low on occupancy at their site. The Small gesture that helps me during sudden changes on travel worth more than 5 stars”

“清潔で快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方もにこやかで、親切でした。空港到着後にホテルに電話して送迎をお願いしましたが、直前にもかかわらず、快く対応してくれました。ただ、帰りにも送迎をお願いしましたが、受付の人に最初、車が2台しかなくて1台は日中ずっと使われているから手配できるかわからないと言われました。さらに無料送迎つきと言わないと、何が料金に含まれているか把握していないようで、送迎代を請求されそうになりした。無料送迎付きだと、自分で印刷していた予約内容を見せたら、お金は請求されませんでしたが、空きの車がないときはUberでタクシーを手配して自己負担と言われました。結局、空いている車があったので、無料で送迎してもらえましたが、最後にちょっと嫌な気分になりました。”
