Nice spacious rooms with a good breakfast buffet. Behind the hotel you can take s path that leads you right away up to the Gulpenerberg so great staring place for hikes in the area.

A great stay at this cosy hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all ways. Rooms clean and spacious. It isnt a brand new building but we loved it as there were no defects, clean carpets and bathrooms. When returning in this area I would definitely book again.

Our room is quite different from the pictures. The room is spacious but the furniture is quite old. The coffee maker was not clean, no tea maker in the room. The pictures on the website are not real!

Vreselijk onderkomen kamer, prijs kwaliteitsscore is dus Slecht. Vloer komt los, pafond op meerdere plaatsen gescheurd, verf rondom kozijnen bladert af, douche vol kalk en de lijst gaat maar door…. Ontbijt, niets werd aangevuld, personeel is niet te onderscheiden van de gasten. Voor ons nooit meer, 2 sterren, ontbijt … ga gewoon het dorp in, daar zijn mensen die het nog wel interesseren. Personeel heeft op zich niets verkeerd gedaan, maar welkom voelde we ons niet, nogal onpersoonlijk, vermoedelijk werden ze voor alle taken tegelijk ingezet en moesten ze (te) hard werken om alles gedaan te krijgen. Om alsnog positief af te sluiten konden we onze fietsen opladen en stallen in een afgesloten garage

Ottimo hotel per rapporto qualitá/prezzo

Albergo molto bello, sulla strada che da Aachen (Germania) porta a Maastricht (Paesi Bassi). La stanza era grande e con un letto piú che comodo. Inoltre era dotata di un balcone grandissimo, che era in realtá una terrazza grande quasi come la stanza. Unica pecca della stanza era il pavimento del bagno che non era pulito come dovrebbe essere. Altri dettagli: ristorante chiuso a pranzo e check-in possibile solo dalle 15.

Slapen hier altijd als we naar valkenburg of maastricht gaan voor meerdere dagen. Perfecte bedden, ontbijt ook genoeg keus en lekker.

Einfaches, sauberes Zimmer. Kaffeezubreiter und Flasche Wasser waren vorhanden. Parkplätze neben dem Hotel. Fahrstuhl im Hotel. Preis Leitung für das Frühstück waren nicht gegeben. 25 Euro Extra für den Hund, viel zu teuer.

Voor de prijs van het hotel had ik meer verwacht. De prullenbak was stuk, de douche had schimmel, het thee aanbod op de kamer was heel beperkt. Erg karig allemaal voor een hotel van die prijsklasse.

Het hotel is beetje gedateerd. Kamers hebben bv geen airco. Toen met ramen open geslapen maar met de ambulance post next door, en vrachtwagens van de hanos die komen lossen , was echt uitslapen niet echt van de partij… Maar goed, de dag was zonnig dus er maar uit.. Personeel (de man van het ontbijt, de lange man die smiddags en savonds werkt en het meisje dat dinsdagmiddag werkte): niets dan lof voor heb drieën en zij waren zeer gastvrij. Maar volgens mij hebben ze een enorm personeel tekort. Dit personeel loopt de benen onder hun lijf vandaan. Vwb de kamer: De bedden liggen heerlijk, het was schoon en dat was voor ons wel erg belangrijk. Veel gezellige restaurantjes in Gulpen zelf. Ontbijt was ook super goed. Ruime keus, steeds netjes aangevuld en schoon. Dus als de hotel eigenaar het wat meer zou opknappen en voor meer personeel zou zorgen, dan zou dit het hotel zeker ten goede komen … Normaal zou ik 3 sterren geven maar het personeel maakt dat ik er 4 van maak…

Gedateerde kamer met beperkt oog voor detail. Junior suite is ruim, maar de meubels zijn oud, vies en versleten/beschadigd. Het bed is wel van goede kwaliteit en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ook konden we onze racefietsen stallen in de garagebox. Hygiëne van de kamer is oké maar minimaal, net als het ontbijtbuffet (behalve de koffie, die is echt ondermaats). Groot minpunt is de douche die om de haverklap wisselt van waterdruk en temperatuur, zonder aan de knop te zitten. Ook komt er vrij veel geluid van de gang en omliggende kamers door de muren heen. Verder hangt er een uitgebreid verzoek in de badkamer om handdoeken niet op de grond te leggen als ze niet gewassen hoeven te worden, om zo water te besparen. Hier dragen wij graag aan bij, maar ondanks dat onze handdoeken niet op de grond lagen zijn ze toch vervangen. Gemiste kans om het milieu te sparen. Als laatste punt was de keuken van het restaurant al voor 20:00u gesloten op zaterdagavond. Mijns inziens nogal vroeg voor een hotelrestaurant.

1ste kamer was vies. Na vragen 2de kamer moest ik bijbetalen voor junior suite maar was ook matige kamer. Bank (slaapbank) viel continue uit elkaar als je erop ging zitten en alles doet gewoon oud en versleten aan. Bed is echt slecht en lig je in een kuil wat mijn voorgangers hebben gemaakt… Tv ontvanger hangt te bungelen onder de tv en allemaal draden liggen in een wirwar op de grond. In de junior suite staat een enorme tafel en je kan er slecht bewegen en voelt totaal niet fijn aan. Heeeeeel vroeg in de ochtend wordt ik wakker gemaakt door een vrouw die enorm veel lawaai maakt op de gang wat lijkt op een telefoongesprek of woedeaanval. Was rond 06:00 en duurde 45 minuten… bij receptie was mevrouw bekend en dit was nu echt de laatste keer dat ze mocht blijven slapen… hoe vaak is dat gezegd tegen klanten vraag ik me af. Wel van iemand van bediening een fles cava gekregen wat echt aardig was. Heb deze aan een stel gegeven die in een gepimpte lobby een krantje zaten te lezen. Zij moeten twee nachten moesten slapen in dit slechte hotel dus konden het beter gebruiken dan ik…
