I loved EVERYTHING about the stay, the food it self from the Tide & Table was top tier! Highly recommend. A few staff members appeared irritated in the bar area, maybe because it was a busy weekend during shrimp festival, but overall, we had good time. So convenient and in walking distance to all of the shops and just across the street from the beach. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

One of the best Embassy Suites! I will definitely return! The customer service in all areas - housekeeping (love Jerry I hope that is his name), the omelette experts, and the pool staff! Amazing fall break with the kids and we all had the best time.

We stayed during the shrimpfest and had an amazing view of the ocean along with the festivities. Listened to the bands on the balcony. Short walk to the ocean across the street. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Very clean facility. Would recommend. I have stayed a few times along the ocean and this was one we will be staying at again.

Had a fantastic stay at the Embassy Suites Gulf Shores. It’s a brand new hotel with lovely clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful facilities including a gorgeous pool/ bar area and just steps from the beach. The staff in particular went above and beyond, especially Glenisha at the front desk, Sandra at the breakfast bar, our server Johanna and Laura in housekeeping. Their kindness and attentive service went beyond the traditional hotel experience. If we are ever in Gulf Shores again, there’s no where else I would want to stay!

Brand new. We were directly across from the ocean. Can walk to several restaurants. The room and breakfast was outstanding. There was also a complimentary drink and snack each evening

Best Embassy Suites we have ever stayed at. Every member of their staff delivered outstanding customer service. Charles at the front desk, Lauri and Sandra in the restaurant, our female bartender, housekeeping, Mariana at the pool bar, and Tommy who made the perfect omelette - you are all part of the reason for the eating. The pool and view were awesome- we felt like we were in south beach. Thank you so much!

The staff is wonderful in every way. From the front desk to housekeeping to management. Even the valet crew is wonderful. The breakfast, bikes, s’mores kit, beach chairs and umbrella included makes this place a place I’d highly recommend. The property does not have a designated area for pets to relief is the only thing needs improvements.

Gorgeous property. Everyone was friendly. Seem to still be working out the kinks of being a new hotel. Never had house keeping come to our room to reset while on our 3 day stay. Had to call front desk to ask for towels which were never delivered and finally tracked down a housekeeper to get towels and take out trash and used towels. Pool is nice and the complimentary drinks. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella, wished chairs would have laid flat.

First Time Visitor - The room and Hotel itself was so very clean and Absolutely Gorgeous! While visiting the restaurant on the 1st floor I met a very nice staff member by the name of Carter. Carter's Customer Service Skills were AMAZING! His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on and we took everyone of them :) Hi Cheerful Demeanor brightened our day and attention to detail made our meal & stay truly memorable. Well Done Carter! Awesome Customer Service and we will be back to see you soon. The 2nd floor outdoor restaurant was very nice as well and the staff was very kind also and attentive. The bar employee named Chrissy on the 1st floor by Starbucks, she needed in my opinion a bit more customer service experience wasn't too friendly to us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

We stayed at Embassy Suites Gulf Shores for my son’s soccer tournament, and the experience was awful. At 12:39 a.m., my family had to change rooms due to a broken toilet handle and a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod — clear signs the room hadn’t been cleaned. Before moving, we asked Charles to please check the new room to make sure it was clean, and he assured us it was. When we got there, there was a large pile of hair near the shower. Charles and Makayla were both dismissive and uncaring throughout the situation, and there was no manager on site to help.
