Hotel was great overall with only a few minor hiccups. First, the location was perfect - close to lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. A Publix grocery store is next door for drinks and snacks. It was quiet and folks very friendly even with the hotel full. The room we were in had very few outlets which made charging tech for multiple people cumbersome as some were too loose to keep the plug inserted. Two of the dresser drawers were broken as well. Nothing major, just annoying. The breakfast is a mini bistro with Starbucks in the lobby with limited breakfast items. Note if you purchase the breakfast for 2 in you stay package, it only includes a brewed coffee and 1 breakfast menu item. If you wish to purchase a speciality coffee like a latte or add a side item like yogurt or muffin with your breakfast sandwich, there are upcharges. Kitty's Cafe is a few minutes walk and they have a full country menu.

The staff was super helpful. The same lady was there when we checked out and honestly wanted to know how our stay was and if we enjoyed ourselves. We came down to catch the fireworks but were concerned about best place to view from. She recommended a quiet are that was close to the show. Wow!! We were sooo close with hardly anyone around us. It almost felt like we were having our own private show!! Give this lady a raise!!

Rooms appeared clean. But had a be try strong musty/mildewy odor, which I honestly expected from reading SEVERAL other reviews saying the same thing. The staff at the front desk were more than friendly/nice. House keeping had what seemed like bad attitudes and stank face, they were also really getting ignoring anyone looking for staff assistance. If they get rid of the mildew smells it could be a contender in the future as the rooms were good sized and price was low

Nice front attendant. Clean Lobby. Felt Safe. First room was terrible - Room 102 smelled as though a cat had sprayed in the room, requested to be moved. Room 202 had a nice lay-out but the floor was so sticky and carpet felt dirty. The air was so musky - I think it came from the carpet being wet. I really liked the lay-out. The room was very roomy with wonderful accommodations. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. I thought the attendant would take extra care to put us in one of the best rooms after our experience with the cat urine odor.
