“Worst place with the worst attitude manager. Stayed here before we flew the next day. Spa wasn't open as work was going on. That was fine, however I ran a bath and the water was brown with lots of dirt in. Ran the shower. Exactly the same. Went to reception to be told nothing they could so. Requested a refund as this was unacceptable to be put in a room with no working water. Got £50 pound back. I wasn't happy with this so spoke to the manager the next morning who was very defensive and said...

“Although the room was clean, the decor needs updating as it is starting to look tired. the window catch was broken at the frame, but it was warm overnight so not a problem to me, but maybe an issue in the colder weather. The bathroom was clean, but there is mould staining in the tile grout. we had to wait over 5 minutes to be seated for breakfast on the Friday. if the person who does the "meet and greet" is over worked, then a second person should also be available.
