HĂŽtel pratique, situĂ© vraiment face Ă  la gare de Guingamp, accessible en une minute Ă  pieds. Au calme. Personnel agrĂ©able Ă  la rĂ©ception. Mais l’établissement manque cruellement de charme et ne correspond pas au standing habituel d’un trois Ă©toiles. Chambre mal ventilĂ©e, dĂ©coration et Ă©quipements sommaires. Eau sanitaire manquant de pression et pas assez chaude. Petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs moyen Ă©galement.

Le sĂ©jour a trĂšs mal commencĂ©. J'avais choisi de rĂ©gler la facture sur place, choix que propose hotels.com. J'avais aussi ajoutĂ© un supplĂ©ment permettant d'annuler la rĂ©servation jusqu'Ă  la veille. N'ayant pas annulĂ©, ma rĂ©servation Ă©tait confirmĂ©e. J'ai appelĂ© 3 fois pour avoir le code d'entrĂ©e (arrivĂ©e tardive prĂ©vue Ă  22h). La gĂ©rante a refusĂ© de me le donner et exigĂ© un paiement sur un lien (peu sĂ©curisĂ© apparemment car ma banque a refusĂ© le paiement!). J'ai dĂ» appeler Hotels.com (dĂ©marche trĂšs compliquĂ©e depuis la fusion avec ExpĂ©dia) pour obtenir le code! Or j'Ă©tais successivement dans un avion, un bus, un train.. La gĂ©rante a apparemment Ă©tĂ© autorisĂ©e Ă  utiliser la carte que j'avais saisie lors de la rĂ©servation. Ce n'est pas acceptable. Cet hĂŽtel devrait ĂȘtre retirĂ© du rĂ©seau Hotels.com ou bien accepter les conditions! car la rĂ©servation Ă©tait garantie et aurait Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ©e.
