The staff was great as well as the location. It was next to a food area but shut down at 22:30 so it was awesome The room was very big however it was stuffy and hot. The front desk offered to move our room but that was too much like work so they sent up a fan and we opened a window and that worked well.

Nice stay

Delicious free breakfast, big rooms, free laundry and robot delivery service which was a source of amusement for us. We used the tour desk in the lobby for our tours. Service was amazing.

We booked a room with extra space, so it’s quite spacious. Room is clean. Excellent location. The only setback is that their air conditioning is centralized. Sometimes we feel that the air con is not working and the room is abit stuffy. The portable fan does help abit.

Excellent location in Guilin. Hotel also has washer/dryer which is excellent for travellers. We booked a family room, ot was spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people. Breakfast is also included which is a bonus.

Courteous staff, comfortable room with a large shower, and an outstanding breakfast with a great selection of local and Western food. It is a very walkable location in downtown Guilin. 10 minutes to the Li Jiang river. A undergroud discount market just beside the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and many choices. I like this hotel.
