A pleasant place to stay

Over all our stay was great, there was a slight delay checking in as there was some maintenance still going on in our room, ever though it was nearly 5 o’clock in the afternoon and check in was after 3 in the afternoon however this was sorted fairly quickly The staff were all very pleasant and helpful The place has character and I would definitely stay again

A friendly and comfortable hotel close to Guildford and Woking. The room was very comfortable and well-furnished with good amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. Our suggestion is to make more vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. It is very much recommended.

Only stayed one night and the room we had was clean had plenty totes, coffee,milk and sugar. Great for a couple of days not mstorage for a longer stay. Staff very helpful, friendly and polite. Bathroom nicely decorated and shower brilliant. I would use the hotel again.which made the room Idea.

This is a boutique bar, bed and breakfast place that has its own character. For a three star rating I think it is more of a four star experience. So if you are doing a road trip and having your own car, it is a great place to spend a few nights and explore the Surrey county. I will come back to this location and try other sisters places given the chance.

Comfortable overnight stay

Bed and pillows were comfortable . Room lovely but felt the decor was a little dark, as was the bathroom . Roller blind could not be raised which didn't help.

Very nice ground floor room with small patio overlooking the garden. Room was very comfortable with all the amenties that one needs, We had a good dinner with our grandkids. Breakfast buffet was good with fresh farmhouse bread etc. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The rooms are modern and clean , the pub serves great food and the grounds and expansive and restful . It’s our favourite hotel in the area with lots of character and charm .

Weekend break

We loved the room. It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only criticism was that we didn't have any hot water for the bath during our stay, as it was only tepid and on the morning we were leaving, even the shower water was tepid. This still wouldn't put us off from returning, as we both had a nice relaxing stay.
