A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe.

Ich hatte einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 2 Tage.Der Service in Hotel ist ausgezeichnet. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Egal ob Rezeption, im Restaurant.Alle Mitarbeiter sind kompetent und haben ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen der Gäste. Die sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert und ich werde gerne wieder bei Ihnen übernachten. Nochmals vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel.ich freue mich schon jetzt auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Bis bald.
