The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with espectacular panoramic view. The bathroom was super large and beautifully decorated with brand new shower and white clean towels and bathroom amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet and dinner were delicious offering a variety of excellent food. The location was perfect, within walking distance from vibrant Puerto Santa Ana district, steps from the historic Las Peñas neighborhood and close to the famous Malecón 2000.

Our room was very clean, and the shower was one of the nicest hotel showers I've experienced. The staff were very kind, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. It contained a huge selection to choose from and included local breakfast delicacies that made my trip to Ecuador that much more enjoyable. The bar was also stellar. A large selection of very well-crafted cocktails.

The lobby, pool and spa area was the nicest. The bathrooms in the room were very small and the tiles needed a deep clean. If you have any sensitivity to scents DO NOT STAY HERE. The hallways, elevators are heavily scented to a point that it's overwhelming. I had to take allergy pills twice a day and I use scented products so I wouldn't say I'm overly sensitive but it made me never want to stay at the hotel again which is disappointing. The Hilton double tree and colon were not heavily scented as we also stayed at those locations and would do so again.

The complimentary airport shuttle service was excellent and very helpful, especially for very late arrival flights. The shuttle driver would hold a sign with your name waiting for you. The breakfast was very good.

we liked our suite, our room had a view of the river and it was very spacious. The wifi was fast so we were able to work without connection problems. We were recognised as Expedia VIP customers so we were offered a voucher for a couple of free drinks at the bar. We enjoyed the vibe at the bar and at the restaurant. The food selection was great and we especially enjoyed the tuna tartare. I’m allergic to shellfish so i was very careful to indicated it every time that i ordered food and the staff was very attentive and took special care of my shellfish allergy. I really appreciated that. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport but we were told the shuttle was full so the hotel offered a private taxi free of charge to the airport. We were happy to accept it. There are several restaurants in the area but we decided to have our meals at the hotel. The area looks safe but we didn’t work around due to lack of time.
