Close to the airport, a little hard to find for taxi or delivery directions but turned out ok. Rooms were clean and had a fridge, range, microwave .. good for a few days to rest and be close to the airport

Clean room and full of amenities. The beds are comfortable and bathroom is great. Very secure building, especially in a not-so safe city. It was somewhat difficult to open the front door but other than that, absolutely worth t for the price !

I was not aware this was a "luxury" hostel until I arrived. There was no front desk staff, but there was a very helpful person available via WhatsApp. That person arranged shuttle transportation to and from the airport. The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay during a layover in Guayaquil.

I stayed for a night & it was a pleasurable experience! PROS; - free toiletries(soap, shampoo) - Plates, cups, silverware were available to use in the room - Easy communication 4 English speakers(I ordered a shuttle to the airport & spoke with a polite man in English. His responses were very fast as well!) - Helpful staff ( When I was arriving & leaving the gentlemen helped me with my luggage) Very clean (I'm a stifler for hair on my towels when traveling but there weren't any signs of being unkempt or carelessness when it comes to cleaniness) CONS; Blackouts (I'm not blaming the hotel for Ecuador's energy crisis. However, It would have been nice to know the schedule because the lights went out twice while I was there. I would have prepared if I had known) OVERALL; An excellent value for your money with accommodating(& English speaking)staff

Location is a bit hard to find . Communication with them is only through WhatsApp and email but I wasn’t aware of that. There’s no room service or towel and or they don’t clean your room unless you let them know via WhatsApp and they apparently charge you more for simple services such as these. Also the pics on the website don’t match the actual room. The bed made a lotta noise and squeaky. Overall not a good experience.
