The property is wonderful, spacious, inviting, neat & clean. The service was beyond excellent. When I arrived I was greeted very well & when I returned the key I also felt well. I travel 2 to 3 times a year to Ecuador, I travel around and have stayed at other hotel, above them all this one is the best! when I return later this year with a doubt I will stay here again. Right below is a great night light, great restaurants, the Perla at the Malecon is just around the corner & safe to walk over there, there are guards all around. The taxi drivers at the hotel steps are great as well, in particular Cesar, great driver. I love it & highly recommend it.

Dont do it , you will regret!

From doing check in everything was a nightmare. Apartment owner was rude and treated me to cancel the reservation even when it was paid and i did provide the receipt for it to him and the person helping me with thdi issue from hotel.com. we found roaches, broken lights, mold in the bathroom, weed smell daily in the halla, next door apartment screaming and laughing until 3am and customer service in the lobby was rude. No visitors are allowed unless you pay extra per visitor even if the meet you at the lobby. If you want to uae the lobby bathroom they will charge you more. Will never recommend and give zero stars to it. Im a weeky traveler, trust me when i say dont stay here you will regret

Es un lugar con un vista extraordinaria y con todo lo básico para una estadía cómoda. Sin embargo es muy ruidoso por la noche, incluso aunque estaba en el 7mo piso por los restaurantes que hay en el piso de abajo. Considero que el check in podría ser más rápido, tuve que indicar el momento exacto de mi llegada y me recibieron y explicaron hasta cómo encender el televisor, usar el microondas y demás y en esto nos tardamos como media hora. Además estuve 4 noches e intenté coordinar para recibir un acompañante que venía de Quito las últimas dos noches, avisando 24h antes de la llegada del mismo y fue imposible según ellos por las reglas del edificio (lo cual me parece un poco raro de comprender, hay que avisar antes del check in), solo me ofrecieron la posibilidad rentando un nuevo apartamento lo cual es ilógico puesto que era hasta para 4 personas (tuve que cambiarme de hospedaje a otro edificio por mi cuenta). El baño estaba tapado y la ducha tenía una fuga. El señor es amable pero muy inflexible.

Comunicación fue excelente, muy atenta, quizás el único inconveniente es que vinimos en época de lluvia, y como VIP amenities, estábamos supuestos a recibir parqueo, desafortunadamente el parqueo no fue en el edificio, y movernos con tanta lluvia y tantas maletas pues si fue un inconveniente. Aparte de eso no hay absolutamente quejas, la locación fue perfecta. Muchas gracias.
