I loved everything from the hotel. Mainly very comfortable and clean beds. The prompt attention of the employees to any guests requests. Walkable distance to main attractions. You’re looking for a nice and clean hotel book it with Patrimonial by Greenfield. : )

AMAZING PRICE! They were very good and flexible to accomodate my needs. Room was simple and very clean. Good shower. The suttle service, payed extra, very efficient and worth it. Excellent local food breakfast in a charming setting, good service as well. I will go back in my returning trip soon!,

This is a nice Hotel in Guayaquil. However, I won't have french fries there anymore. Also the sauna is not that hot.

During my stay i felt unsafe walking out at night as there isn’t any form of protection or security. The hotel also only provided breakfast, but not lunch or dinner.

The room was wide and clean but the windows could not stay opened. We had to lift them toward the exterior but there was nothing to keep them like that. Not seeing outside is kind of depressing...The pool was very nice and refreshing.

This hotel is not soundproof which makes it hard to have quality sleep. I heard everything through the walls, noise in the hallwayd, noise on the dtreet at all hours of the night.

First of all, I got into my room, and I always check the bed and I found hair, floor, dirty, too much noise, curtains, dirty, and outdated, same food for the whole week. The ladies on the front desk very rude and doesn’t help you when it comes to ordering food. I will never stay in this place not even for free.

Not worth it

The choice of food was obsolete. They pretty much chose for you. The hours of the pool and bar were minimal and attendant was late and closed early. The pool was non functional for a whole day as well during our stay. The room was not as advertised and the bathroom was not functioning as it should leading us to have to change rooms.

Okay hotel but has a lot to learn

Only 1 member of staff spoke any English so communication was difficult, particularly with restaurant staff. Breakfast was very disappointing We weren’t offered any choice and were presented with scrambled eggs without being asked our preference. There was no tea available and coffee consisted of a jar of instant placed on the table. The single staff member (cook and waiter) present in the dining room was watching TV at high volume when we arrived and left it to us to turn it down. There was neither bottled water nor safe in the room, as listed under facilities and services.
