AMAZING PRICE! They were very good and flexible to accomodate my needs. Room was simple and very clean. Good shower. The suttle service, payed extra, very efficient and worth it. Excellent local food breakfast in a charming setting, good service as well. I will go back in my returning trip soon!,

The many nooks and hallways of this hotel have some very interesting art being displayed. It is worthwhile exploring.

This is a nice Hotel in Guayaquil. However, I won't have french fries there anymore. Also the sauna is not that hot.

The room was wide and clean but the windows could not stay opened. We had to lift them toward the exterior but there was nothing to keep them like that. Not seeing outside is kind of depressing...The pool was very nice and refreshing.

This hotel is not soundproof which makes it hard to have quality sleep. I heard everything through the walls, noise in the hallwayd, noise on the dtreet at all hours of the night.

First of all, I got into my room, and I always check the bed and I found hair, floor, dirty, too much noise, curtains, dirty, and outdated, same food for the whole week. The ladies on the front desk very rude and doesn’t help you when it comes to ordering food. I will never stay in this place not even for free.

Not worth it

The choice of food was obsolete. They pretty much chose for you. The hours of the pool and bar were minimal and attendant was late and closed early. The pool was non functional for a whole day as well during our stay. The room was not as advertised and the bathroom was not functioning as it should leading us to have to change rooms.

I had a 3 night stay and it was good until the end. The place is clean, nice bed, a lot to walk to, has a good breakfast.. If they correct the management decision I will mention, it is worth the stay. After a 3 night stay, my flight home left at midnight. I was given a late check out at 1 not 12. I left my bags behind the front desk and went to lunch. I returned around 4 and sat in the lobby for an hour and then my friend and I moved to the pool area. I did not see another hotel guest during this time. I was informed that I had to leave the common area since my check out was 1. This made absolutely no sense to me since the 2 of us were the only ones there. We were quiet and just talking. It was after 5 and the pool bar opened at 5 but I was still told I had to vacate the premises. I was told that I would be on the surveillance cameras and was not supposed to be there. Apparently the front desk was just doing their job. I ended up going to the airport at 6 and waiting there 6 hours. Hotel management should review this "vacate the premises" policy with hotel guests that are being quiet, respectful and not even using the free coffee and water. I don't know how sitting in the lobby or pool side with no other hotel guests present could be a problem. I followed their instructions and left. Maybe they felt they had to watch us for fear we would damage something or take something. Maybe they had an experience like that in the past. I'm an open minded person.
