My experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Guayaquil was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was even welcomed with one of their signature warm chocolate chip cookies a small detail that sets the tone for a great stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly furnished, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and excellent air conditioning perfect for the Guayaquil climate. They dont tell you that reception is in 18 floor and no one help you with the luggage, parking is hard to find and no signals , you have to walk inside the builkding and figure it out. They charge you for early arrival and for visitors , the food is boring and the music in the dining room very loud you have to yell to have a conversation .
