I definitely would not recommend this place because of the bed. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. However, the location is very convenient and close to the airport.

It's a wonderful hotel located in the safest place of Guatemala City, and walk only two blocks to take the Metro Bus to historic center, cost is 1 (one) Quetzal, some like 0.13 or pay credit card at the access. Employees are really friendly and helpful, suites are totally complete so you may shop around, bring you food or snack and prepare everything here, suites have AC, Refrigerator, Stove, silverware, etc etc. This place it is just wonderful

Full equiped kitchen with everything you need if you're cooking. Includes microwave, fridge with ice dispenser and water purifier. Closet is very spacious, bed is perfect and the room is clean. Zona 13 is safe, is walkable and the airport is at eyeview from Suites Terraza Imperial. I would repeat my stay .

10/10 stay! This hotel offers incredible value for the affordable price without compromising on quality or service. One of my favorite things was the 1:00 PM checkout time—the latest I’ve ever had at a hotel, which meant I could actually enjoy a good night’s sleep without rushing out in the morning. The location is another huge plus. It’s only 8–10 minutes from the international airport, and getting an Uber is quick and easy. The room felt warm and cozy, almost like being at home. It’s a spacious suite that comes fully equipped with just about everything you could need, including a rice cooker, coffee maker, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, plates, and more. There’s also a separate dining area, and the bed is incredibly spacious and comfortable. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel that exceeds expectations, this is definitely one I’d recommend!

Room is larger than expected, has all kitchen amenities for making a meal, AC is great and king sized bed was ver comfortable. If you have to check out in the middle of the night go to the front desk early. I had to wait 15 mins for someone to come down in the elevator to check us out around 2am. There is always a security person by the door to let you in and out and to open/lock the front gate at night! I recommend the hotel but I would not recommend walking at night time (take an uber)
