It was nice definitely has A/C, was upset that the shuttle wasnt free and the free food and drink besides the breakfast wasnt in actuality neither was the free shuttle as they say on google and other sites

Everyone was super friendly, and check in was easy. Also it was very easy walk to/from the airport! About 10 mins walking. Extremely clean and organized. And they have AC which is helpful for those who can’t sleep in humidity.

The staff was super accommodating with my delayed flight - I arrived for check-in at 2:30am! The place was close enough to the airport for convenience, however you will want to taxi/Uber if arriving late at night as the 8- minute walk is dark and quiet. Check-in was super straightforward, and it was nice that checkout time is a little later, bc I slept a little more after getting up to take advantage of breakfast. Overall, super convenient place to stay if you need to be close to the airport for a night.

With heavy luggages, a little struggle to go up and down the stairs. No readily offer to help with these. Though, understandable since the arrival time was late. Dining staff were friendly. Foods good. Bathroom room clean. AC new & not loud.

The staff is amazing and will give you royalty treatment. They are so helpful and even have washing and drying services. The only bad thing is that there was a lot of mold in our bedroom.
