Great location in the city

I had a lovely stay. The location is really convenient for the green metro bus line. Staff are friendly and the garden /trees overlooking the balcony provide a nice shade.

I love the nature around the hotel, the staff very kind, the furniture was great also the bed was confortable. I'd suggest to improve small stuff like the shampoo (instead a sachet something else), towels (they were clean but old).

Very nice gardens. Hotel is old and bathrooms may need some rehab but everything is clean. Hotel rooms have mahogany furniture and all windows and doors are made of mahogany, even the elevator doors have wide mahogany frame. Guatemala City is very expensive. This place is worth the price.

Safe, Secure and Peace of Mind

Check-in was straightforward. Parking avaliable and secured on-site. Site secured access. Room spacious and view of iconic free-standing structure, skyline view and trees from balcony was impressive. The beds were very comfortable. The noise from motor bike and dogs barking was manageable through the use of ear plugs. Conveniently located with multiple of eateries within walking distance. Safe to walk about but do not recommend when crowds die down at night. The grounds are beautiful. Safe, secure and peace of mind during any stay and this site delivers.
Rooms are spacious and the balcony provides great views of the city.
Looks like a mini Eiffel tower.
Basic typical breakfast. Word to the chef, ditch the bread and add tortillas.
