There were fleas in the room and cockroaches. There was no shuttle even though that was the primary reason I booked the room. At 3:30am a whole crowd of men came up the stairs talking loudly and went into the room next to ours and continued talking loudly until we left

This property is a scam. I was not able to stay here in the end. I showed up to the property, with the reservation pre payed through expedia only to find out that not only was it not payed but that they only accept cash and quetzales. in no place do they say that they DO NOT ACCEPT US DOLLARS. they dont take card, they dont take bank transfer, only quetzales in cash. This place kicked us out and yelled at us for "wasting their time". I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. the pictures were clearly taken years ago cause this place was falling apart from the start.

Mi viaje fue por negocios aun que fue un poco dificil por no conocer el pais pero el personal fue de gran ayuda la recepcionista Mildred y el de seguridad del edificio Marvin . En cuanto a los lugares turisticos me recomendaron los mejores lugares de Guatemala. El mejor personal amable, eficiente y de mucha experiencia. Dios les bendiga en sus negocios.
