Estávamos em 4 adultos. Hotel mto simples, com colchões péssimos, inclusive um deles era infantil… cheiro de mofo, banheiro com box sujo e sem ventilação. Café da manhã, piscina e estacionamento, ok! Atendimento mais ou menos…Não voltaremos!!

Já me hospedei com minha família em vários destinos diferentes e hotéis em geral. Porém a primeira fez me sendo o hospede, eu me surpreendi com uma postura de atendimento do "responsável" ou "gerente da casa" no check-in. que nos recepcionou com uma falta de empatia para receber bem um hospede que chegou tarde com família, depois de longa viagem. Cada hotel, tem suas regras. Mas no checkin parecia que era um favor que ele estava fazendo ao nos receber em sua hospedagem. Pediu mais de uma vez documentos como cartão de crédito, entre outros procedimentos desgastantes e desnecessários ...fez várias recomendações desnecessárias. Haja visto que não é primeira vez que . Infelizmente não voltaremos neste hotel, não devido a estrutura proporcionada, mas devido o atendimento no check-in.. Demais funcionários foram cordeais no necessário !

Hotel com bom espaço público, muito conforto e bem limpinho e um ótimo silencio. Gostei da localização e principalmente da piscina!! A única coisa que marcou de uma forma negativa foi na chegada, pelo fato de ter chego 20 min antes do horário acordado para check-in fui argumentado de uma forma pouco agradável. Mas no geral foi uma ótima estada!!!

Não vale o custo-benefício. Quarto sem muito conforto, chuveiro sai pouca água, box do banheiro não fecha, não tem isolamento acústico entre os quartos, café da manhã bem mais ou menos (nenhum hotel deveria servir margarina ao invés de manteiga). Nas fotos parece bem mais bacana do que realmente é. Pelo mesmo valor ou até mais barato, já fiquei em pousadas infinitamente melhores.
