Insatisfação

A gerência deve observar e entender que as observações do consumidor são importantes pra que outros hóspedes procurem o hotel, o chuveiro estava com a fiação exposta quando ligava no quente era no máximo,as camas desconfortáveis, na piscina não tem escada pro hóspede entrar ou sair, a noite música alta não deixando dormir, não tem material de banho como sabonete e shampoo

Chegamos algumas horas depois do checkin e no dia do checkout nao fomos cobrados por algumas horas a mais que ficamos nas instalacoes no geral fomos bem servidos .a equipe da cozinha foi excelente , funcionarios educados e simpaticos instalacoes limpas , no geral foi uma otima experiencia

É na verdade uma pousada tem ar condicionado no quarto porem precisa de manutenção e limpeza.. Na cozinha o proprietário tem boa vontade mas falta uma profissionalização o café da manhã é excelente é muito completo.

Parabéns às atendentes ANA JÚLIA E ISABELLE, VITÓRIA E FABIANNA; SEMPRE SOLÍCITAS e joviais. Serviço de quarto ruim, localização razoável, boa área de lazer; no geral o atendimento ´foi bom, e a relação custo/benefício (com todo o desconforto do quarto, sem armários, ter que pedir para trocar roupas de cama e banho sempre, e para limpar o quarto com desinfetante) até que foi razoável.

Cenário de filme de Terror.

Foi horrivel primeiro a piscina estava com a água turva,muito suja mesmo.Tive nojo de entrar na água e depois fiquei me coçando. As áreas comuns todas detonadas (nada funcionava fliperama,a academia são 3 aparelhos todos lascados e sem contar o sofá que não vê uma água faz anos. No quarto um show de horrores. Parede rachada,mofo,colchão um nojo,má vontade das atendentes. Wifi não existe . Café da manhã louça suja e pontualidade não é o forte deles. Solicitei uma coberta pois não havia no quarto,toda hora diziam que iriam mandar e nunca chegou. Essa pousada ou já deveria estar fechada nas fotos é top,mais na realidade parece um cenário de filme de terror. Fiquei decepcionado. o site Hoteis.com deveria checar antes alguns estabelecimentos. Pois eu mesmo só compro por vocês,porém depois dessa eu vou pesquisar mais antes de fechar.

Péssimo custo benefício

Café da manhã é muito simples, não há variedade. Me disponibilizaram um quarto sujo, com o chão molhado, chuveiro sem funcionar. Além disso o quarto parecia uma caixa de fósforo de tão pequeno. Péssimo custo beneficio.

Pessima qualidade e pessimas instalações

Pessima qualidade das instalações, o forro do teto nas areas comuns todo quebrado. A cama só tinha o lençol de baixo e pra cobrir tinha uma manta pequena que parecia uma cortina. O chuveiro primeiro nao esquentava e depois nao tinha agua... O cafe da manhã, se é que da chamar assim, as mesas todas sujas, nao tinha prato, copo e talheres... uma vergonha. De tudo a unica coisa que valeu foi o atendimento da recepcionista que fez o possível pra nos agradar.

Quarto em péssimas condições de acomodação

Minha experiência foi péssima primeiro fiquei uma hora esperando porque na recepção me informaram que o quarto que eu ia ficar ainda ser limpo e a televisão do quarto estava com problemas. Ao liberarem o quarto estava em péssimas condições de acomodação, quarto com muito mofo e infiltrações na parede, a cama com a madeira se desfazendo e o ar condicionado tbm não estava funcionando e fui informada que só no dia seguinte ia ser arrumando. Achei uma falta de respeito o que fizeram comigo pois na internet as fotos do hotel Recanto Tropical eram de quartos com boas condições de acomodação e realmente deixar olhada em outros quartos com boas condições de acomodação e o que fiquei acomodada era totalmente preçário. Enfim uma péssima experiência e não indico pra ninguém esse hotel.
