Foi terrível, pois não oferece nem água para os hóspedes, pois nem água para comprar não tinha. Fomos fazer um pedido da janta nem fizemos já veio cobrando,fora que não tem café da manhã, muito mau arrumado. Pois não tem nenhuma indicação desta pousada, fora que é muito feia.

Nem sei por onde começar a falar de tamanha decepção sobre um serviço contratado (não foi de graça). Ao chegar na pousada, a atendente nem boa tarde deu e já falou que se fosse check in era para sentar e aguardar. Pois estava sem sistema. Até aí tudo bem. Fiz o check in como deu. Ela falou que o meu quarto era o 2, porém não me falou para que lado era (era a minha primeira e última vez ali). Entrei no quarto. A noite fiz um pedido no app e fui ao portão buscar. Quando retornei para o quarto, tinha um rato grande saindo. Eu gritei, sai correndo e o rato também. Pedi ajuda da atendente Ana (a mesma que não foi simpática ou solicita na minha chegada). A mesma estava no telefone e lá permaneceu. Eu falei do ocorrido e se seria possível chamar alguém, para olhar o quarto e se tinha outra rato. Ela então falou que pediria alguém para olhar. Porém ninguém apareceu e nenhum suporte foi dado. Fiquei hospedada 3 dias e em nenhum deles tive arrumação. Me foi dito que seria no segundo dia (ok), que eu deixasse a chave na recepção e a placa do pedido. Fui na rua dar um passeio e ao retornar fui avisada que não foi feita novamente. Cheguei a ponto de no último dia eu ter que pedir uma vassoura e varrer o meu próprio quarto. Me deram uma vassoura velha e nenhuma pá de lixo, tive que tirar a sujeira com a placa. Pedi toalhas limpas para trocar. Parece que pedi um favor sobre um local para ficar. Fora que já havia tido um outro problema anterior. Fiz uma reserva para a mesma data, porém um mê

Pessimo atendimento desde o momento que cheguei. Uma baita de uma desorganização realizei a reserva à noite pois estava liberada. Para minha surpresa só pude fazer check in no dia seguinte!! Um absurdo!!!

Localização excelente. É um lugar para pernoitar e tem uma piscina coberta disponível, o que é um coringa em dia de chiva. No mais, não servem refeições e precisavam dar uma melhorada no ambiente com pintura e manutenção, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Para curtir a pousada não recomendo, mas se procura um local a baixo custo para ficar e curtir a praia de Pernambuco, esse é o lugar.
