Not as pictured.

We were very disappointed that the rooms and the hotel did not match the photos. The staff was nice. The place was much smaller than we understood with a fully packed parking lot that surrounded the outdoor eating area and small heated pool. Our rooms were of service only for sleeping. No place to be on a rainy day. One block from the beach made it nice. A nice breakfast, but overall just “okay” coupled with a good attitude from us.

Just okay

The hotel was okay, but I did not feel the photos were an accurate depiction of the condition of the rooms and amenities. We purchased the luxury triple and were surprised that it was very basic and small for 3 people to share. The balcony looked out on the parking lot. The outdoor seating area is also adjacent to the parking lot making it not very scenic. The pictures make it seem like it’s a brighter place and like the pool is more central but it’s tucked away behind the parking lot. On a positive note, the staff was helpful and friendly and the heated pool was nice for some of the cloudy days we were there. There was a good breakfast offered.

Necessita de melhorias

O hotel fica bem perto da praia, mas no mesmo quarteirão, tem prédio abandonado que foi ocupados por usuários e pessoas em situação de rua. Os quartos são muito pequenos, ficando tudo muito apertado. Os colchões estão velhos. Se ligar a torneira acaba a agua do chuveiro e mesmo se não ligar, a água aumenta e diminui o volume constantemente, ficando fria demais ou quente demais. As funcionárias da cozinha fazem o que podem, mas o café da manhã é bem limitado. O estacionamento tb é pequeno e por isso temos que deixar a chave do carro para que os funcionários manobrem os carros constantemente para que todos possam ficar dentro do espaço. Devido a forte chuva, começou a pingar pela luz do teto, direto na cama, onde os funcionários nos trocaram de quarto. No novo quarto, a pia necessita de limpeza interna do cano, pois a água demora muito pra descer, onde os avisamos tb. Enfim, dentro dos problemas, os funcionários tentaram resolver tudo para nos ajudar, mas o hotel precisa de melhorias.

Poderia melhorar

Infelizmente as condições do hotel não é o que parece, cama casal é dois colchões de solteiro amarrados, coluna agradeceu, chuveiro do banheiro era bipolar, gelado depois quente e vice versa, café da manhã o mais básico possível sem nada que possamos dizer “nossa que delícia” estacionamento mega apertado, arrancaram o retrovisor da minha prima. Mas cada um com sua experiência, infelizmente não pretendo voltar.

No geral não gostamos. Estacionamento com manobrista extremamente apertado, chega a bater as portas um no outro. Meu carro ficou um período na rua, pois a recepcao estava sem o controle do portão. Precisa de reformas e pinturas, principalmente na área da piscina, que era pequena e fria, porém limpa. Fiquei no quarto 11, considerado Superluxo, mas que não de luxo nao tinha nada, apenas o valor exagerado da noite de sábado, em 700,00. Chuveiro elétrico funciona bem, sem duchinha. Quarto pequeno, sem isolamento acústico, sem cortinas, ficando claro logo cedo. Não tem aonde pendurar as roupas, sacada pequena. Ar condicionado funciona bem. Cama de casal pequena, com pouco conforto. Cama de solteiro extremamente dura, com um colchão de aproximadamente 10 cm, horrível. Café da manhã precisa melhorar muito, pelo valor da diária conseguem servir suco tang!!! Pão francês amanhecido. Espaço do café nao comporta todos os 16 quartos. Algumas pessoas estavam esperando para sentar. Para saida tardia as 18h, cobram 50% da diária. Fica apenas 1 quadra da praia da enseada, praia limpa e calma, boa para crianças. Não consegui carregar as fotos.

Barulheira sem fim

Minha estadia foi péssima! O meu quarto estava com mofo, a água do chuveiro era extremamente melequenta (fato constatado com outra hóspede), não tinha a cortina blackout, fiquei no setor 4 onde para entrar e sair é uma escuridão onde só acende a luz ao subir as escadas, o quarto estava infestado de pernilongos, a pia enferrujada, o banheiro (creio que por conta do esgoto) retornava um cheiro horrível, o teto do banheiro sem uma parte. Mas para piorar tudo o local estava em obras, detalhe 8:30hs da manhã começava a marretada, detalhe passavam pela porta do meu quarto fazendo barulho, arrastando ferramentas, arrastando telhas e isso ficava até 19:30, detalhe impossível de verdade de descansar. Reclamei mas não adiantou, para os pernilongos me deram um Raid de spray que não resolveu, tive que sair e comprar 2 de tomadas dessas de pernilongos para deixar ligado 24hs no quarto. A piscina a água era bem Lamosa tbm, pedi para mudar de quarto e não podia pois não tinham. Acabou que troquei de hotel para ficar mais um dia. A única coisa maravilhosa do hotel são as pessoas que trabalham, pessoas muito educadas que de verdade merecem uma avaliação super positiva. De resto não recomendo a estadia, espero que eles melhorem muito pois funcionários atenciosos, gentins e educados eles tem.
